Fervid is an interactive AI coaching application designed to help users learn skateboarding techniques through text-based conversations. Users can ask questions, learn tricks, receive practice tips, and explore different skateboarding scenarios through AI chat interactions. The app operates as a learning and interactive guidance tool rather than a social platform or advertising platform.
This document describes how information is handled when using Fervid and how chat content is processed to provide the AI coaching service.
Fervid is designed primarily as a chat-based AI coaching tool. In order to provide chat responses and maintain app functionality, certain information may be processed when users interact with the app. This section explains the types of information involved in operating the service.
When users chat with the AI coach, the text messages entered by users are processed so the system can generate relevant responses, skateboarding tips, and coaching guidance.
These messages may include questions, descriptions of tricks, training requests, practice situations, or general skateboarding discussions. The content of these conversations is used only to generate responses and maintain the chat experience inside the app.
Chat content is not used to identify users, build advertising profiles, or track users across other services.
In addition to chat content, limited technical information may be automatically processed to ensure the app functions correctly. This may include device type, operating system version, app version, and basic diagnostic information such as crash logs or performance data.
This technical information is used only for maintaining app stability, troubleshooting technical problems, and improving the performance of the application.
When a user sends a message in the chat, the message is processed by Fervid’s internal AI systems to generate a response related to skateboarding techniques, tips, and training guidance.
Processing occurs only when the user sends a message or requests a response. The system generates replies based on the content of the conversation to provide coaching assistance and learning suggestions.
The AI responses are generated automatically and are intended for informational and learning purposes only.
Fervid uses internally operated AI systems to process chat messages and generate responses. The app does not send user chat content to external AI services for processing.
User messages, chat conversations, and generated responses are not shared with third-party AI providers. All content processing is performed within the Fervid service environment for the purpose of operating the chat coaching features.
Fervid does not use third-party AI services, external AI APIs, or external machine learning platforms to process user chat messages.
User messages are processed only within systems operated by Fervid for the purpose of generating coaching responses.
Fervid does not transmit chat content to external AI providers, does not allow third parties to access chat conversations, and does not use user messages to train third-party AI models.
All chat processing occurs within the Fervid service environment.
Fervid is not an advertising platform and does not use user data for advertising or marketing profiling.
Fervid does not:
· Sell user data
· Share user chat content with advertisers
· Use chat content for behavioral profiling
· Use user data for targeted advertising
· Provide user data to data brokers
· Allow third parties to access user chat conversations
User content and chat interactions remain within the Fervid service environment and are used only to operate the AI coaching service.
Fervid does not require many types of personal information to function. The app does not intentionally collect:
· Contact lists
· Phone numbers
· Financial information
· Government identification numbers
· Health or medical records
· Biometric identifiers
· Facial recognition data
· Precise location data
· Background audio recordings
· Background camera recordings
The app focuses on chat-based learning interactions rather than personal data collection.
During chat interactions, messages may be temporarily processed in order to generate AI responses. Temporary processing data may exist briefly during the response generation process and is automatically removed after processing is completed.
Chat history may remain available within the app so users can review previous coaching conversations. Users may delete chat history by clearing conversations or uninstalling the app. Chat messages are stored only to allow users to review conversation history and are not used for advertising, profiling, or third-party AI training.
Temporary processing data used for generating responses is not kept after processing is completed.
By sending messages and interacting with the AI coach in Fervid, users acknowledge and agree that their messages will be processed by the system in order to generate AI responses and provide coaching guidance.
This processing is necessary for the app to function. Processing occurs only when users send messages or request responses.
By using the chat features, users agree that:
· Their messages will be processed to generate AI responses
· Temporary processing may occur during response generation
· Temporary processing data is automatically deleted after processing
· Chat history may remain available for user review
· Users can stop using the service at any time
Fervid processes chat content only for providing the AI coaching service and not for advertising, profiling, or data selling.
Users control their interaction with the app. Users may:
· Start or stop conversations at any time
· Delete chat history
· Stop using the app
· Remove the app from their device
· Revoke permissions in device settings
Users are not required to continue using the service and may discontinue use at any time.
Fervid is not intended for children under the age of 17. The app is designed for older users who are interested in skateboarding training and AI coaching interactions.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 17 years of age. If it is discovered that information from a child under 17 has been provided, such information will be deleted when reasonably possible.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child under 17 has provided information through the app, they may contact us and request removal of the information.
By using Fervid, users confirm that they are at least 17 years old or meet the minimum age requirement in their region.
