These terms describe how Fervid can be used and what users should understand before interacting with the AI skate coach. By continuing to use the application, you agree to follow these terms and use the app responsibly.
Fervid is intended for users who are at least 17 years old. The application is designed for learning and informational purposes related to skateboarding techniques and training tips. By using the app, you confirm that you meet the minimum age requirement.
Fervid provides automated responses generated by software systems. The AI coach offers general skateboarding tips, explanations of tricks, practice ideas, and training suggestions. These responses are generated automatically and may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for every situation.
The app does not provide professional training supervision or safety guarantees. Users are responsible for their own safety and decisions when attempting skateboarding tricks or following training suggestions.
When using the chat feature, users enter messages and receive AI-generated replies. Users are responsible for the content they send and should avoid submitting sensitive personal information through chat.
Users agree not to use the chat system to send illegal content, harmful content, abusive language, or content that violates the rights of others.
The application should be used for normal personal learning and entertainment purposes. Users must not attempt to interfere with the operation of the app, access systems without permission, use automated tools to interact with the app, or attempt to reverse engineer the software.
Any misuse of the application that may damage the service or interfere with other users may result in restricted access.
From time to time, features, chat behavior, or parts of the app may be updated, modified, or removed. The app may also become temporarily unavailable due to updates, maintenance, or technical issues.
We do not guarantee continuous availability of the service.
The application itself, including its software, design, chat system, and AI coaching functionality, belongs to the Fervid Team. Users are allowed to use the app for personal use, but they may not copy, distribute, modify, or attempt to extract parts of the software.
Access to the app may be limited or stopped if the app is used in a way that violates these terms or causes harm to the service or other users. Users may also stop using the app at any time.
Use of the app is at the user’s own risk. Fervid Team is not responsible for injuries, damages, losses, or problems that may occur from using the app, relying on AI coaching suggestions, or being unable to access the service.
These terms may change over time as the app develops. Continued use of the application after changes means the updated terms are accepted.
If something in these terms is unclear or if you need to contact the team regarding the use of the application, you can send an email. We may respond to questions related to the app or these terms when possible.
